Our rental rates for Windsor Hills reflect the outstanding quality of the villa and its accommodation. Our pricing is considered to be very competitive but please contact us for Special Offers that may be available during certain periods within all the seasons listed below.

The rental rates quoted below are fully inclusive of all sales taxes, tourist taxes, energy costs, BBQ Gas, and Wi Fi, all phone calls within the USA and Canada. Guests outside North America will be provided with a free phone card for international telephone calls via our house phone This should give an average of over three hours of calls outside the USA.

Pool heating is an optional extra cost. Recommended Nov to March.

The rates below are for the rental of the entire villa for stays of seven nights. For a stay of 14 nights simply double the appropriate rental rate. For longer stays please enquire for a special rate. If you wish to stay part weeks or for any other duration, please contact us for a quote. We aim to please and try and be as flexible as possible.

Refundable security deposit £250 ($400) per booking*

*Refunded upon return of keys and confirmation from our management company that no untoward loss or damage has been incurred during your stay.

Please note that payment can be made in GBP or US$. Payment can be made by wire/electric transfer to our UK or USA bank. Alternatively payment can be made securely via Paypal using your debit or credit card. However, there is a 4% charge for this which we have to pass on. Customers from the UK can also pay by cheque.

Business Operating Licenses:

  1. The Villa is a fully licensed business for short term rental; (Hotel LIC) with Osceola County, Kissimmee, Florida.
  2. It is also licensed with the State of Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation (Division of Hotels & Restaurants) as a single resort dwelling.
  3. It is also registered to pay Sales Tax and Tourist Development Tax.
