Pool and Spa

The 28 foot heated pool (pool heat is an option if required) is big enough to swim, play games or just relax in or around the deck. Further relaxation is in the Spa to finish of a perfect day. The pool area is completely covered by a mesh enclosure and the Lanai is covered for shade. The pool has west facing aspect providing sunshine for most of the day from late morning through to the evening. We picked this aspect as the best to enjoy the Florida sun and you get the sunset too! This villa is more private than most and also benefits from parkland adjacent one side giving extra privacy.

With safety of children in mind, the pool is protected by a fence to enable little ones to play by the pool safely. This can be easily be detached and rolled back by adults if required. As a further precaution, the doors from the kitchen/nook onto the pool deck are electronically alarmed and every time the door is opened, the alarm will sound.

Eating outside is one of the great pleasures of Florida. Comfortable furniture and plenty of it, is provided for relaxing and al fresco dining. The large stainless steel BBQ has all the room you need for your grilling and comes with a warming tray and side ring burner. As much Gas as you want is provided free of charge.
