Laundry Room

There is ample supply of quality bed linen and towels. Towels dedicated for pool use are also provided. A large washing machine and tumble dryer, iron and ironing board are provided for your convenience.

 Babies and Small Children

The villa is owned by a family with a number of grandchildren who use it for their vacations. It is therefore equipped with children in mind, none more so than safety in the pool area. The pool has a safety fence around it which can be detached and removed easily by adults. As a further precaution, the doors to the pool from the villa are electronically alarmed and a high pitched alarm will sound whenever the door is opened. This turns off when the door is shut again.

The villa is also equipped with a Combi Stroller, Combi Travel Cot (sheets & blankets included), Graco High Chair and Safety Stair Gate.

 Telephone/Wi Fi

There are 3 telephones in the villa, 2 downstairs and one in the master bedroom with the facility to use around the house. All calls within the USA and Canada are free of charge from the house phone. For guests outside of North America, we provide a free phone card to keep in touch with home. This should give adequate calls for the duration of your stay, but replacements are easily available from local stores.

If you have your own laptop/notebook with you, its really useful to have interent access to check on everything local and of course stay in touch with home. Unlike some properties which rely upon unsecured network, a secure Wi Fi is provide free of charge to all of our guests. You will be given the access code upon arrival.

 Other Information & Special Requests

We will do our best to accommodate any special requests. Additional cots/strollers etc can be proved at extra cost also welcome food packs.

We work closely with a local management company who will be more than happy to assist you with any matter. We will provide you with their details prior to your arrival. The company that look after the Villa have many years experience with premium homes and we believe that they are the best.

An Information Book is provided for guests with useful local and emergency information. This also have a lot of information about the Villa which is provide in an easy user friendly way.

A Key coded door box for entry keys is provided for immediate access without the hassle of keys having to be handed over. This is really useful if you are a multiple party so everyone can come and go at different times.

Whilst Windsor Hills is a secure gated complex, the Villa is also fitted with an alarm system for extra peace of mind.

The Villa will be immaculately clean upon arrival and will be cleaned post your departure. If you require additional cleaning in the middle of your stay, this can be arranged at an extra cost.

Arrival time is after 4 pm, with check out by 11 am on your departure day. Complimentary late departures are subject to the time of incoming guests. Please check with us before you travel or contact our local management company during your stay.

We are sorry but we are unable to accommodate pets.

Smoking is not permitted within the villa or pool area.
